Немного неточная инструкция (либо я неверно перевёл). Смог подключится только после того, как на включенном питании переключил красный микротумблер с положения Quick на Compatble. Один раз подключился, когда переключил с положения Quick на Compatble и обратно на Quick. В приложении eWelink в обоих случаях использовался режим Quick (Быстрое подключение). Работает исправно. Будем посмотреть
